 Martinez:

If you are a home owner thinking of selling now is the time. The market in Martinez and Pleasant Hill is primed for sellers. Inventory remains tight and homes are selling faster than they are coming onto the market.

Martinez saw 10 new single family detached homes hit the market this week while 17 active listings went pending.  There is currently only 55 active SFD (Single Family Detached) listings in all of Martinez right now. The Condo/Townhome market isn’t any better for Martinez home shoppers only 3 new listings this week bringing the total of active listing to 10, none went pending this week.

The price range for the active SFD homes is $288,000 – $2,600,0000.

Active Condo/Townhome’s range $309000 – $599,880.

 

Pleasant Hill:

Pleasant Hill saw 7 new SFD listings this past week while 9 went pending bringing the total number of active listings to 27.  The Condo/Townhome market in Pleasant Hill is still very tight with only 2 new listings this week bringing the total number of active listings to only 4. 

The price range for the active SFD homes is between $639,000 – $1, 499,000.

The Price range for Condo’s and Townhomes is between $325000 – $599,990.
